Our Onboarding Process

Week 1

  • Kickoff with your HR and our Client Success Team
  • Learn about your organization’s values

  • Establish your organizations admin(s) to be PERKS in-house expert
  • Equip admin(s) with information hub and basic training resources

  • Familiarize organization with PERKS portal and marketplace

Culture Report Card

The Culture Report Card is a composition of data, anecdotal evidence, and HR & executive leadership feedback. Each report card has the overall “Culture Score”, updated KPI progress, an analysis of key findings, and our recommendations on how PERKS can work with you to improve your culture and support systems. Each quarter you will receive a fresh report card to track progress on your culture goals.
